The host made me feel like I was always bothering her however she did provide me with everything I asked for after an argument. And I had to ask for a lot that was not provided but should have been according to the description (incl basics). I stayed two months but this is not a long term apartment, I feel she should have known that. When I arrived the place was filthy, not just a bit dusty, I also found litter under the bed and above the cupboard. Again she sorted it out after a few days. It is a very small studio room. The bathroom is tiny and I did not like having to brush my teeth over the kitchen sink, my boyfriend had to shave there too. I find it unhygienic. There is a lot of noise coming from the back courtyard and the neighbours. The above neighbors seem to never sleep as they are always loudly walking around. There is a club two doors down and during the night one can hear the base. There must be a social area behind the building as at night until late there is a ruckus. I had to sleep with earplugs in but often I was woken up in early hours of the morning anyway owing to the above mentioned noises. The neighbourhood is fine and within walking distance of everything which is nice and convenient. For a short term stay I think it's manageable.
Dear Jordan, When you arrived your first complain was that the pictures where not described as the real apartment, even though the pictures that where taken were by an airbnb professional photographer and that's why you asked for $2000 refund and airbnb sided with me on that dispute. After that you saw that didn't work you opened a another dispute with airbnb and started adding on complains like cleanliness, missing stuff ect. you even had a complaint about the missing stove even though in our messaging previously to your stay you asked me specifically if there is a stove and I specifically said there is no space for a stove that's why we do not have one - there for if a stove is important you should not have booked the place, and if space was an issue you shouldn't have booked it as well. None the less, I had scheduled a cleaning lady to go over the entire apartment again the next day of your complaint, even thought we never had cleaning issues before, all the missing stuff you had asked for and done a full list for where provided for you new that same day. All your messages where answered within an hour, and everything you asked for we provided. and after you received everything even though airbnb sided with the host on all your complains and disputes I hadn't heard any complains. I never had such experience with such a difficult guest and I have been doing this for over 5 years. I wish you good luck, Ira
