LOVELY APARTMENT WITH RIVER AND HILL VIEWS. Many City and airport workers live in this area when I do long lets. For holiday makers the riverside ambience is tranquil and peaceful .
Commuters and holiday makers can embrace restful travel on the commuter river boat on the river Thames. The pier is located about 5 minutes walk from the entrance.
Woolwich Arsenal pier to Embankment pier the commuter riverboat stops in many places in between. Some stops are e.g. Greenwich, Canary Wharf, London Bridge, etc .

My current tenant truly agrees that river side living and going to work by boat is not only restful but also cheaper. He works in Tower Hill and loves the river. This apartment is now available because he bought his own apartment close by. Give it a try and you will not regret it.

This room is part of a two bedroom apartment and the master bedroom with ensuite bath/shower is available for rent also, if available. Please write for the rental rates if you wish to rent the whole apartment, if available.

It is SPACIOUS and the view from the balcony is quite stunning, the view to the right is the river Thames and the view to the left is Shooters Hill. The night lights on both views are breath taking.
By the river is a promenade which allows keen walkers and joggers to exercise in fresh air and a truly tranquil environment with fresh breeze beating on your face.
It has a fully fitted and integrated kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer.
RULES FOR USE OF KITCHEN
For stays under 28 nights, customers are allowed use of the small microwave, but not the larger oven.
For stays of 28 nights or more, please ask me for use of the large oven.
There is a separate washer drier in the utilities cupboard area. GUEST MUST NOT USE the DRIER if agreement has been reach to use the washing machine.
A small fee of £5 GBP per load. Guests are allowed one wash per week.
We will provide soap powder and also show you how to use it.

The London City Airport, Canary Wharf London's financial district is within minutes by river boat or DLR.

The living room can also sleep one or two people on a sofa bed. But it is an open plan living room with a balcony with breathtaking views.
