We considered ourselves to be pretty laid back before starting this adventure but the list below shows that some are more laid back than we are!! We are only listing the following rules because each have occurred and we felt that they needed to be addressed. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding anything! Thank you
-DO NOT BRING PEOPLE INTO OUR HOME THAT WERE NOT PART OF YOUR ORIGINIAL RESERVATION. This includes prostitutes, people you meet in a bar, and any random strangers. It's incredibly rude, unsafe, and disrespectful to the homeowners. You will be immediately made to leave if this should occur.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING inside home. If you smoke outside please dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate locations.
-Garage is off limits at all times, no exceptions.
-Please leave the TV in the living room alone.
-We do not mind using our washer and dryer but please be courteous of how many times.
-Please be courteous to others sleeping in the house and turn down all noise by 10pm.
-If we are out of town during your stay the back door will be locked.
-Please be courteous of our belongings and rooms that are locked.
-Please, please, do not let our cat or dog outside.
My motto is Love, Live, and Laugh. How can you go wrong if you have all three?
My partner and I have lived in Austin for about 15 years. We really enjoy the outdoors, we tend to be doing anything outdoors on our day's off including: kayaking, hiking, camping, cycling, or boating.
We commonly end up in the nearby beautiful Hill Country wine area going from one winery to the next doing tastings.
I'm an avid book reader and neat freak. While my partner tends to be the more "laid back" type!
I hope you give us a chance to earn your trust and get to enjoy our home and this wonderful city. We have been part of the Airbnb community for about two years and have enjoyed every minute of it. We have met travelers from all over and now have friends all over!
Thank you, Leia and Keri
