We highly recommend this high quality well appointed apartment in Estepona Port with views over the swimming pool and gardens. When coming in you walk into the hallway, with on your right a fully equipped very clean and modern kitchen with all stainless steel kitchen supplies from Fagor. On the other side you walk into the open concept lounge and dining area, with a big comfy sofa. All in relaxing natural colours and bright natural lights coming in through glass sliding doors. In the living room you find a modern looking clock and a big flat screen TV and also internet-Wifi. Dining area seats 6 people. From the lounge you walk to the terrace, spacious, with another dining table and chairs for 6 which overlooks the nicely landscaped swimming pool. South West orientated, perfect all year round. The apartment has full air-conditioning for cold and warm. Back in the hallway you find on the end right a twin bedroom, separate bathroom and on the left the master suite with double bed, lots of closet space and direct access to the terrace. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.

Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
