The apartment is on street level so accessible by wheelchair with lift facility to reach the underground car park and communal areas.
Wi-Fi is available within the whole apartment.
Guests are given 10% discount on all food and drinks at Catch Seafood Bar & Grill in Mawgan Porth TR8 4BA ((URL HIDDEN) (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)), throughout their stay. Catch is open seasonally so for less hours during Winter, call ahead to check opening.
We have lots of partners with whom we work who can offer fun things to do whilst in Newquay at great rates including surfing, coasteering, stand-up paddleboarding, boat trips etc.

From 28th May - 2nd September 2016, the apartment is bookable for a minimum of 7 days; Saturday to Saturday only .
The dull bit…
During school Summer holidays we only book from Saturday to Saturday.
We allow well behaved PETS; we just ask that you don't allow them on the furniture or in the communal areas. Mount Wise parking and gardens are next door to exercise dogs.
No stag or hen groups or similar, of 4 or more are permitted.
No groups of under 25yrs are permitted.
This is a NO SMOKING property.
SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - Please consult your booking agent for details of how this is included/refunded. Your £250 return is based on the following reasonable requests:
No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
All rubbish and recycling are placed in appropriate bins and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
The key is left in the key safe and property is left locked.
No linens are lost or damaged.
No arrivals before 3.00pm or departures after 10.00am.
No loud noise is audible from the property after 10pm or complaints received from neighbours regarding behaviour.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to five persons.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
PARKING – There is one designated space in the secure underground car park labelled No.6. There is no other parking available on-site, however there is a public pay and display car park next door. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
WATER - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or nappies should be flushed at any
