Thank you for taking time to write a review.
I wish you had had a better experience of this beautiful city.
As you might agree we have put a big effort to make our apartments comfortable with the use of high-quality furniture.
From the very beginning, we have had a big confidence in our location. It is a five-minute walk to Istiklal Avenue and a ten-minute walk to Taksim Square. We could provide a space twice bigger than an average hotel room at the half price. We have created the best value for money and we worked hard to keep it going that way. When we look at the reviews I think we have achieved that goal.
We understand that we have to work hard also to break the false perceptions about the location of our valuable property. It is a poor neighborhood close to the center. It is changing very fast because the properties are changing hands, new investors are coming in etc. The poor-looking neighborhood gives the impression of being "not safe" but it is not true. To call it "dangerous" is a far-fetched commentary just based on the hearsay from some locals who have never been to the neighborhood.
It is just the other way. This is the neighborhood where everybody knows each other; the grocer and the baker etc. have been there for years, so they don't allow anybody they don't know to hang around long in a suspicious way.
As far as I understand the review above is not talking about what actually happened, but about the perception of the neighborhood.
Dear Alika, if we knew about your concern we could help you understand the neighborhood better.
Next time please give us another chance to introduce you to our neighbours.
Thanks again for choosing us to stay in Istanbul.
