In the heart of St Kilda, step through the secure gate into a surprising space! Our apartment is part of a small group behind a historic Victorian mansion. It has its own large private courtyard garden with three sets of French doors, fully equipped for you to just walk in and relax.
Close to Albert Park, the beach, and a good little supermarket, aside from everything else St Kilda offers.
Public transport is fantastic here, and our Walk Score is 96/100: a Walker’s Paradise.
This is a strictly non smoking property, even in the garden. You're so close to the buzz of Fitzroy Street it's no bother to just nip out for a moment!
If you borrow the parking permit and don't return it, you will be charged $250: that is the replacement cost plus paying for other guests' parking until a new permit is arranged!
Smallish well behaved dogs are generally welcome but you must check first.
We hope we've made it feel like home - please treat it with respect.
I live in Australia in St Kilda, Victoria. It's an inner city area by the beach. My two sons are studying overseas at Oxford and NYU, so I have some free space while they're away - and I have a fantastic excuse to travel as well!
I've had great experiences as a traveller and a host with Airbnb.
I work in community consultation. My focus is on how people can be more included and involved in how decisions are made in their communities.
