Two-store beautiful independent house just renovated, fully equipped, surrounded by nature, lagoons and peace. Near UNESCO Heritage cities (Venice, Ferrara, Ravenna, Bologna), beaches, clubs, museums and best sea and freshwater food. Pets welcome.
The property is an independent terraced house located in a quiet village (the street itself is a cul-de-sac, so extremely quiet). It has been completely renovated and cleaned in early summer 2015. You can expect a warm and bright atmosphere.
The house has two floors and a small front courtyard to enjoy your breakfast. The ground floor has a large, fully equipped new kitchen (tableware, pans and pots, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave) with table and chairs; and a living room with TV, big fireplace, sofa.
First floor has two large and bright double bedrooms and bathroom (with shower plus the usual, including a bidet). Bedrooms are fully equipped with wardrobes, linen, bedside tables and lamps. Portable fans (one per room) will soothe your sleep in the hot summer nights.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The whole house will be at your disposal
Daniele and I will be happy to advise you on the best places to visit depending on your interests, be it nature, museums, food, city touring, festivals, clubs, you can ask us and we'll try to help the best we can. Please keep in mind that we are not fluent in foreign languages, but we will do our best (and with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Translate nothing can stop us anymore!!) :)
We will give you some written basic information on the surrounding area at your arrival.
This location is ideal to discover the nature and wonders of the delta of the River Po, its valleys and lagoons (including Venice), which can be toured by bike, horse, boat or car (and public transport), or simply walking. The area is famous for its culinary tradition, which includes eels and sea fish.
Well-behaved pets and pet owners are very welcome ;)
Please refrain from smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed only outside.
Recycling is mandatory according to council rules. Please respect the environment and recycle all waste. If you have problems with understanding what goes where, please ask us.
