Bernini apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, of a nice building on the Oltrarno of Florence, area with a plenty of shops and antique ateliers. The whole apartment has a wonderful view on the internal gardens.
Bernini has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It has been renovated on 2005 by the famous Architect Fisher, who decided to keep the original peculiarities, wood beams on the ceilings and cotto floors. From the main entrance you find the bright living room in which there is a red sofa and the dining table (for up to 6 people) of beginning of ‘900. Connected to the living room there is the masonry kitchen in shades of blue and beige. From the living room you have the access to the two bedrooms. The first one has a beautiful view on the internal gardens and it is bright. It has a double bed (160 cm) which can be divided. The secopnd bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm and a spacious wardrobe. In this room there is no window, but it takes the light from the a little smooth window on the living room. Nearby the entrance door there is the bathroom with shower, made in black and white marble of Carrara. In the apartment there is a mobile device for air conditioning.
Bernini is the ideal apartment for a family or 2 couples for short to medium-term rentals who want to live in a traditional tastefully decorated Florentine style apartment. Bernini is in a quiet area, with lots of shops, restaurants, and all the services that Florence has to offer.

Not included in the price: Tourist tax of €2.50 per person (over the age of 12) per night, for the first 7 nights, utilities of water, electricity, and gas (for rentals over 30 days) if exceeding €90.00; fee for registering the contract (which in accordance to Italian law must be written in Italian), for rentals over 30 days, equal to 1% of the total rental price (with a minimum fee of € 33.50) plus tax stamps.
