It is 10 minutes from Balboa Park museums, Old Globe theater, S.D. Zoo.

Guests can help themselves to fruit in October and through January when persimmons, oranges, and apples are ripe.
The queen sized sofa bed has a luxury mattress provides a good night's sleep with no bar to interfere! (used by The Ritz Carlton, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Marriott and Ramada. ) Twin beds have Plush Beds mattresses as well.
Rarely guests mention air traffic noise. It does not seem to bother most
travelers. A white noise machine is available in each bedroom for the most sensitive.
This is a 100% non smoking home. We ask guests to remove shoes to respect new floors. No pets. No wild parties. Please keep deck activities quiet after 9:00 p.m. week nights and 10:00 week-ends.

My husband is a mountain climber and is intimately acquainted with Yosemite and the Sierra Mountain range. His profession is civil engineer.
I have enjoyed serving as a Reading Specialist. Now I enjoy making art. Have been doing so for 30 year-- primarily: sculpture and painting. I read short stories weekly to Senior Centers Without Walls. It's a conference call.
