Spectacular sea views from this 1st and 2nd floor Victorian apartment with direct access to the beach from the sunny shared garden. Picturesque Lower Largo, in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, is the birthplace of the original Robinson Crusoe.
The apartment is situated on the first and second floors of a Victorian building with many original features including a wrought iron balcony with magnificent south facing views. There are large glazed doors in the living room to maximise the light and stunning sea views. For colder nights there is gas central heating and a wood burning stove in the living room.
There are 4 bedrooms with original pine panelling and integrated storage: one with king-size bed, one double , and two singles.
The living area and kitchen/ dining room are open plan with glazed doors dividing the space. The kitchen is fully fitted with cupboards, fridge, dishwasher and a gas cooker.
One bathroom with overbath shower is situated on the first floor and there is also a WC with wash hand basin on the upper floor.
The garden is shared with 2 other properties and has outdoor furniture and direct access to the 2-mile long sandy beach.
The entire apartment is available to guests.
I can be on hand, depending on arrival time, to meet guests at the beginning of the stay and answer any questions about the local area.
The property is accessed by 2 flights of steps and the access to the beach is also down a flight of steps. It is therefore unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Minimum 3 -night booking. One week high season .
Guests are expected to strip beds and leave the laundry/ towels in the rooms. It is important to close and lock all windows and doors before leaving the house. Please take care to ensure the shower enclosure is sealed to the bath to prevent water going on the floor.
