Allow yourself to be enchanted and inspired by Casa Mágica, a magical villa containing 2 out-of-the-ordinary apartments. From the 18th-century pillars that frame the villa’s shady courtyard, to the art deco light fittings, these apartments are a feast for the imagination. In contrast to the villa’s historic features that make it the oldest standing structure in Chacala, dating from the time of pirates and missionaries, the apartments offer brand-new living accommodation and even have wireless Internet. Casa Mágica is located just a few steps from the historic fishing habor.
As we say we are a mexican british couple on holidays in London, we live now in Mexico by the beach in a place called Chacala. We are restauranteurs so we want to visit Napa, maybe Santa Cruz, try out local eateries and visit some friends that we have been meeting in our restaurant. We want to try San Francisco sourdough bread too!
Emilia is 27 and a graduate from Oxford University in Modern Languages and started Chac Mool Café with Arturo 3 years ago.
Arturo is 31 and from Guadalajara. He has a degree in Accounting but he is the entrepreneur and now training to be a chef.
On vacation, we tend to organize ourselves according to what restaurant we are going to visit next. We like museums and enjoy just walking around soaking up an atmosphere. Not normally into late nights but we hope to meet up with friends from the city so you never know where they might take us!
We have often house-shared throughout our relationship and are a particularly sociable couple.
