What was once an old fisherman's house, is now a house completely remodeled trying to keep its warmth. Each room (suite, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, living room, deck and garden) has a view of the Atlantic Ocean, which gives you the feeling of being at sea and from which you can enjoy the ballet of dolphins and diving turtles with frequency.
The house comprises a total of 3 people, ideal for a couple with a child or a friend. It is located only 30 minutes from Natal and the fisherman’s residence is undoubtedly a place of charm.
Despite having about 120 square meters, the fisherman’s residence was not designed to serve large numbers of people. It features a suite with a closet and a balcony overlooking the sea. The house is ideal for 3 people. It houses comfortably a couple accompanied by a child or a third adult.

Highly sought by foreign guests and culinary enthusiasts, the house is located only 80 meters from a fishermen village where you can buy fresh fish and arrange boat trips to sea.
A few meters from the house (15 minute walk) is the viewpoint of the Dolphins (Mirante dos Golfinhos), which is located on a cliff giving a beautiful view of the sea and dunes.
Walking along the beach, just fifteen minutes from the fisherman village, you arrive at the beach called Praia de Camurupim, which is formed by reefs and natural pools and is ideal for bathing. At low tide it is possible to visit Pedra Oca, a cave under the reefs.
On the same circuit without the need of a car, you arrive in a lagoon called Lagoa de Arituba, one of many scattered throughout the city of Nísia Floresta, great for bath and equipped with overhead cables, kayaks and tents with snacks and seafood.
A little further, the beach Praia de Barreta is likewise formed by reefs and natural pools. Malembar is the place where you take the ferry to cross to the beach of Tibau do Sul, Pipa (25km from home) and other south coast beaches.
