I am originally from California, and have lived my adult life in France and England. I am outgoing and friendly, and enjoy a good discussion.
I am a garden and landscape designer and am passionate about plants and creating edible, ornamental and sustainable environments. I own a landscape design company and am a Trustee, and Ambassador of the Permaculture Association of Great Britain.
My other interests include hiking and cycling (I have cycled all over France, Germany and the length of the Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean), I love learning new languages (I speak French German and some Spanish) and enjoy eating delicious home-grown or local food.
I am used to very simple living out of a rucksack or bicycle pannier, and I am neat, clean and orderly as a guest. I may even look after your house plants or enjoy talking with you about your garden.
My life's motto, and also the name of my business is Carpe Diem -- Seize the Day!
