This is a great spot downtown. In town for an event at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena? You won't find a more convenient location. Event parking is right beside my building. Walk to Main St. in 10-15 minutes, the Peace Center in 20 minutes, and Falls Park in 20-25.
Private bedroom with a queen bed and futon that will accommodate up to 4 people. Towels and linens provided. Complimentary teas, coffee, and filtered water.
Hardwood floors and a friendly host!
Please keep in mind that this is a third floor unit with no elevator. Not ADA accessible. Free street parking directly in front of building.
This is a shared space, and you will have access to every part other than my private bedroom. Feel free to make full use of the kitchen.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. I sleep in one of the bedrooms. I'm easy to get along with and enjoy meeting new people. My schedule is sporadic, and I am often not at home. The level of interaction between us is really up to you. I can be available for recommendations and conversation, or I can be scarce. I'd be happy to talk with you about my hometown of Greenville and give you recommendations for things to do.
Smoking allowed on the balcony only.
Because it's a shared space, and because there are neighbors in close proximity, it's probably not the best space for excessively loud partying. That being said, light drinking and moderate noise is fine. Particularly on the weekends.
Chill and respectful.
I enjoy cooking, word and board games, movies, yoga, and intelligent conversation. Bigger picture interests include sustainability, nutrition, community based self-sufficiency, and cultural evolution.
I have participated in CouchSurfing, rideshare boards, WWOOFing, etc.. I have placed my trust in others and had others trust me countless of times before. I understand very well what it's like to open your home up to someone else and to be a guest in someone else's home. I also lived in a co-op style house for several years.
As a host, I'm accommodating and respectful of privacy.
As a guest, I'm neat, unobtrusive, and clean up after myself. I'm likely to leave the kitchen cleaner than I found it.
