Available by phone anytime, owner's daughter is 10 minutes away if you need anything! Owners live 1.5 hours away, and occasionally stay in backyard cottage (just a few days per month).
Please be advised this is an older house - you get all of the charm and beauty of a 1906 historic Berkeley craftsman, but along with that comes older plumbing and heating systems. Everything works perfectly, just please note that if you are the kind of traveler who loves a super modern bathroom or central air, this is not the house for you!
