As i told you during your stay, i am quite surprised by your comments. the place is like the photos, i've changed the places of some furniture but they are mostly the same as on the pictures. the one that has changed is the cofffee table, the furniture with drawers you told me about is in the living room, behind the sofa, maybe you couldn't see it but i can't take pictures of all the furniture in the place.
You say it wasn't clean but the cleaning lady cleaned everything before your arrival, the person who did the check in with you confirmed me it everything was perfect. i proposed you to nevertheless send you the cleaning lady again and you declined it.
I don't know the age of your children, I have myself 2 who have been living here since they were born, yes they have toys, this is actually what the guest appreciate when they come. if you kids are too young then you should go to a place only dedicated for renting, not a place where real people live.
The 4 windows you are talking about are above 1 metre from the ground, they comply to local regulation. For them to be dangerous you should take a chair, climb on it and open the window. if your kids are as young as you say there is absolutely no chance they can make it. Besides theses windows are in the hallway to the kitchen and in the bathroom, opening on a back of house courtyard as many parisian apartment do, why open these 2 instead of the 10 other windows with beautiful views and some of them leading to the balcony?
when i came back home, 2 sockets in the kitchen doesn't work anymore, neither the music chain, a little soldier toy in my room has disappeared, some of the toys of my kids are broken, you used 15 towels (!) for 6 days and 5 people among which 3 kids....
Maybe you didn't like my apartment - as you can see on the comments you are really the 1st one - and i'm sorry for that, but i didn't like you either as a guest.
