We would love to welcome into the home we love. You will have your own private room with tv,ceiling fan, plenty of wardrobe space and a comfy queen size bed. The bathroom is shared and comes with hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.
There are plenty of areas around our home to relax and unwind. Feel free to watch a movie in the lounge room or sit on the deck with a cuppa and slice of cake. For the warmer days sit by the pool with a book and really unwind or take a dip in the pool. There is a toilet and change room in the pool area for your use and it's stocked with towels. We love to chill out at the bar and although this is a personal area if we are sitting around please feel free to join us for a glass of wine or a beer. We also have bocce balls should you feel like a game there is plenty of space in the back garden. If your up for a challenge there's always the dart board to try your luck.
In the mornings I'm around and will have breakfast waiting for you so just let me know what time suits.
We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.
Also car parking is available on the nature strip please don't park in driveway as my husband needs access to back yard for work
Guests have access to all living areas in our home. There is no cooking available but I'm happy for you to join us for an evening meal if we are dining at home( at a small extra cost).
We are home most of the time unless we are out enjoying one of the many coffee shops or cafes Mornington has to offer. We love to swap stories with our guests and I'm always ready to help with any information about Mornington and the peninsula. We also understand if our guests are looking for their own space and wind down time.
Car parking is available out the front not in the driveway as my husband needs access for his work
The room is for a maximum of two (URL HIDDEN) all times only the confirmed paying guests are to be on the property. The bar is our personal space but should we be out there please feel free to join us and share a drink and some laughs. We are a non smoking home and we don't like bad language.
We will respect our guests privacy and expect the same.
We do have a parrot named Woody who does get excited to meet new friends but we do not accomodate any guests pets sorry
I have lived on the Peninsula for the past 30yrs+ and in Mornington for the past 10yrs. I can't see us leaving this area as we do love it and all our family are close by. My husband and I do like to travel and so far have visited Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Vanuatu and we are already planning our next place New Zealand. I enjoy meeting people, learning about other cultures and hearing about the life experiences of others. Wednesday nights I help run a cafe for the homeless and needy it is very rewarding and I have made some very real friendships. We love our home and enjoy the sunny afternoons sitting outdoors in our entertaining area with some nibbles and a nice glass of wine that's unless we are out enjoying one of the many cafés,restaurants or bars on offer in Mornington. This truly is a wonderful place to live.
