The Ranch House is completely remodeled and boasts new bamboo floors, quartz countertops and custom-made cabinets in kitchen and baths, with three bedrooms. A hillside home, quiet location with amazing views of the mountains and valleys surrounding.
Not only is the house remodeled, has views of the mountains and valley, but also is a quiet spot for the perfect retreat.
Guests have access to the whole house and gated yard while staying.

Plenty of parking for the number of guests. Parking available for a boat.
A signed contract must be submitted before final payment is made. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or outside in the yard. Pets allowed with owner approval only ($25 additional fee). No visitors allowed beyond the 8 renting without owner approval. $500 refundable security deposit will be forfeited if a violation of the above is made. The 9% occupancy tax for the County of Sonoma has been added in to the nightly rate ($41/night) and the cleaning fee ($14). We are a legal Vacation Rental, TOT#1236N.
Additionally, dishes are to be put in dishwasher and trash is to be taken out at the end of the stay to the cans outside.
We are sisters who grew up in Sonoma County. We ran through the hills of this property as children and now our children are getting to do the same. Andrea is a wine maker and Amy is a presentation skills trainer. We visit Cloverdale to relax and unwind and we know you will enjoy doing the same!
We are the 4th generation to live on this land. Our great grandparents moved here and started what we now endearingly call The Ranch. This home was built by our father, who built it for his parents. Our way of honoring our grandparents is to let others enjoy this space as much as they did and we still get to enjoy it too!
