The Torre Mar Mezzanine one bedroom apartment is very quite and private. The apartment has large sliding glass doors in the living room opening onto the Juliette balcony. There is also a private terrace off the bedroom fitted with a table and chair

Payments for reservations made to us imply that you agree to the conditions and terms stated below: 1. Reservations. 1.1 Reservations can be made in writing via e-mail. Reservations are only binding upon receipt of the total amount. Total amount is due no later than 75 days prior to arrival. A $50 service fee is charge for additional payments. There is no service fee for a single payment 1.2 The terms of cancellation (item 1.1) will apply to the amounts already paid in advance. 2. Terms of cancellation. 2.1 Cancellations must be done in writing by e-mail to: (EMAIL HIDDEN) You will receive a written confirmation upon receiving your email. 2.2 For cancellations up to 75 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. 2.3 Full amount is changed for holiday reservations no refunds for reservations from Dec 15 to Jan 15 2.4 The full amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 75 days before date of arrival. 2.5 Cancellation insurance is not included in the rent and should be arranged for individually. 3. Responsibilities of occupants and deposit. 3.1 During your stay in one of the properties of Torre Mar, you are fully liable for the property you have rented, including furnishings and all the items that belong to Torre Mar. Damage caused by the occupants/fellow travelers/guests must be paid immediately and in full to the proprietor. 3.2 Accommodations must be left in the condition in which it was found. Any excess necessary work in restoring the building to its original condition will be charged to the renter. 4. Responsibility of Torre Mar Development. 4.1 Torre Mar Development cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury, of all kinds, caused to or by tenants. 5. Other rules 5.1 Pets are not allowed. 5.2 No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. A cleaning charge will be charged for smoking and the apartment will be forfeited 6.1 The renter must be 22 years old or older.*
