In the romantic 1920's house overlooking the bay of Porto Santo Stefano, Monte Argentario, 150 km north of Rome, there is a romantic apartment right on the sea waiting for you!
The apartment is suitable for families with children, in the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
The apartment is part of an historic 1920's mansion carefully restored and surrounded by a huge garden .
One of the many highlights of this unique property is that it's just 10 minutes walking from the village. The property has a private access to a rocky beach, and that allows the guest to swim and dive at anytime !
Surrounded by the garden and by a few terraces right on the sea where you can enjoy your meals and drinks, the apartment is very bright and every windows offer breathtaking and picturesque views of the bay and the town of Porto Santo Stefano.
The apartment is on two floors.
Downstairs there is a large living room with a dining table and a separated area ( which can be easily transformed in a bedroom, separating the other part of the room with a curtain) with two sofa beds. A bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room and the kitchen lead to a part of the garden, right on the sea, for the exclusive use of this apartment's guests : this is the perfect place to rest and relax in the sun after a long swim or where to dine at candlelight...
A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor where there is two bedrooms. A bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a mirror. The bedroom has a superb view of the bay from its two windows and, laying on the bed, you will feel like being on a boat but with the comfort of being in your house!
The other bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table. Its window overlooking the garden and the sea.
The bedroom leads to the balcony where you have a wonderful view of the bay and the rock beach below the house.
The bathroom has a wonderful view on the sea and is equipped with a bathtub/shower.
The apartment is complete with linens and everything you need for a pleasant holiday.
Guests have free access to one of the rock beaches and some areas of the garden. Some other areas of the garden and one of the two beaches are attributable only for the owners and are clearly indicated by signs "privacy".
The place is perfect for a relaxing and secluded holiday, giving also the option to the guest to remain in touch with social life in town, just a few minutes walking.
You can enjoy solitude and long swimming in the sea and the sun, or wandering around discovering the picturesque surroundings. You can rent a boat in Porto Santo Stefano to explore the beautiful coves and beaches all around the promontory or you can easily reach Porto Ercole, with its trendy bars, and Orbetello with the local market, many shops and cinema.
Porto Santo Stefano has easy access to two of the most beautiful Italian islands: the island of Giglio and Giannutri, daily connection from the main harbour, but if you love sandy beaches you can also find in this area two of the longest beaches of Tuscany: the Giannella Beach, in front of Porto Santo Stefano, and the Feniglia beach with its pine forest and Ansedonia with the Roman ruins of the old town of Cosa : here you can rent a bike and look for the deers living in this unique natural reserve. You can visit Maremma, home of the Etruscan civilization, with its historic towns of Sovana, Pitigliano, Saturnia and its wordly known Spa of sulphurean water, and Capalbio. Maremma is still an unspoiled and unknown gem with stunning national parks, farmland, forests and beaches. And it can be the starting point to visit all Tuscany and its most important cities, masterpieces of art,history and architecture: Siena, Pisa and Florence.

Guests are asked to respect the privacy of the owners and the other guests staying in the house.
It has a parking space in the garden.
Access to the beach from the garden is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the house.
The apartment can be used by those who have booked.
Guests have direct and private access to the rocky beach from the garden of the property, via a staircase. On the beach there is a slide and other parts where you can put cots and towels. The beach is not private because on the first 5 meters from the sea all Italian beaches are considered public.
Some areas of the garden are of relevance of the owners and are clearly indicated by signs "privacy"
We remind you that you are staying in a house at your disposal during your stay and it will be your responsibility to provide it and equip it with the objects of consumption useful to you.
Upon your arrival we have pleasure to let you find the apartment featured with many utilities for a good reception and many things that will make the most welcoming arrival.

2 bags for each garbage
We believe the beach towels are personal and it will be responsibility of the guests to have them.
I am happy to open my home to guests and to share with them a quiet and relaxing place, a welcoming haven, where they can plan their visits, from which to explore the wonders of the region and to rest after long walks and hikes to explore the beautiful Italy.
I like to play sports, especially if they bring me in contact with nature such as cycling, sailing, long walks. I love animals.
For my training as a restorer of works of art I love historical places and safeguarded them with respect and attention.
My passion and my hobby is now working with old everyday objects to bring them to life and even to a different function, mixing a little card.
When I can cut the time for myself between work and family, I love to read and listen to good music.
