Enjoy local Venetian life while staying in our home full renovation by Jacopo's dad. Just 1 min. walk from main street Via Garibaldi: markets, cafes, local bars, restaurants! Located in quiet courtyard, just 12 min. walk to San Marco, 5 min. to Biennale Giardini/Arsenale, the oldest Church in Venice, St. Pietro located 3 min. from home. located between 3 different transport boat stops, 5-10 min. to water buses: Arsenale(airport services), Giardini, St. Pietro, easy access.
My father-in-law is an architect here in venice and completely restored this home 5 years ago. The walls are a 1000 yr. old traditional venetian plaster, making them shiny and much more durable.
Cozy, bright, and airy with large windows located in every room! I also lived here for 2 years and can tell you it has everything a home needs to feel cozy.
All home facilities, full kitchen: dishwasher, oven, 5-range, fridge, freezer, appliances, bathroom, tv basic cable, towels, linens. Also we own a typical bacaro(venetian bar) 12 min walk from here, where we would like to offer you a venetian spritz or Italian cafe with croissant!
I am available on my phone, email, airbnb, as you need!
Venice asks for tourist tax: 1 euro and 50 cents, per person per night. Will be asked at checkin. Thank you!
No loud parties, smoking outside please
Trash goes outside in the morning 6-8am every day but not sundays. Dirty dishes cleaned/put in dish washer.
