The 80m² apartment flooded with daylight is on the second floor of the house in a quiet residential area set 500 metres from the beach and 400m from the historic core of Šibenik.
The 2 separate BEDROOMS both have comfortable double beds (160 x 200 cm) and wardrobe cabinets to hang your clothes in.
The LIVING ROOM has 2 comfortable sofa beds (120 x 200 cm) and serves as a third bedroom. Bedclothes and blankets included.
The KITCHEN is equipped with electric stove, an oven, fridge&freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, cutlery and most cooking utensil you might need to cook your own meals (basic supplies included: cooking oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper). It also has a dining table for up to six people.
The BATHROOM has a tub, sink, hair dryer and large mirror. Also, basic toiletries are provided (soap, shampoo, toilet paper). Fresh and clean towels are included. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available so that you can take care of your own laundry on a longer stay.
The apartment is equipped with TWO REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING units (first unit is in the kitchen and the second is in the living room, there are no AC in bedrooms) a 32"/82 cm flat screen TV with local channels, and high-speed WIRELESS INTERNET access, which you can use free of charge.
Furniture is a mixture of vintage and contemporary.
All windows have mosquito nets.
The BALCONY can be accessed from the living room and from the kitchen. As it faces south-west, you'll have the sun almost all day long, also you can admire the memorable sunset over the Sibenik bay. It has a view directly at Banj beach, the St. Mihovil fortification and the surrounding islands.
Orientation of apartment is East - West; 2 large bedrooms facing east; living room, kitchen, and balcony are westwards facing the bay.
The house can be accessed from both sides and therefore from two different roads. One of them is the main city street Kralja Zvonimira.
The apartment has its own entrance, guests can use it with total privacy.
We will be more than happy to provide you with any information which makes your stay as comfortable and exciting as possible. If you need any recommendation for places to visit, shops, restaurants or anything else we will be pleased to help you. We live on the 3rd floor and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, therefore the guests would only take some stairs to talk to us.

The apartment does not have reserved private parking spaces, but there are free of charge parking spaces on the streets by the house. So far all our guests managed to park just close to the property, the thing we have access to 2 different streets is helpful. There is small but free public parking area on the main street close by.
Charges are based on the number of persons. Kitchen, toilet and one bedroom are for 2 guests. For 3 and 4 guests second room is included. For 5 and 6 guests whole apartment (all three bedrooms) is included. Unincluded bedrooms are closed.
We don't provide beach towels or any other beach equipment.
The tourist tax is included in the price and there are no additional hidden costs.
Please take care of our apartment and leave the house how you have previously found it.
In general, please avoid what you would not like your guests to do in your own flat. Treat the apartment and all of its contents as if it were your own.
This is our house, not a hotel. We've put a lot of attention to detail so we're hoping that you will respect that.
We are located in a quiet family neighborhood, please no disturbance during evening and night hours.
Be environment-friendly: turn off the lights, electrical appliances and close the water before leaving the apartment. Also, use air-conditioning with closed windows and doors (it will work more efficiently).
We recommend removing your outdoor shoes before you get in the bedrooms or living room, as we trying to keep them clean as much as possible.
We would appreciate if you wouldn't smoke inside the apartment, smoking is allowed on the balcony.
If you broke something, please tell us and we'll sort it out.
A mandatory law requires every guest have to present valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment.
