My apartment is right next to Berkeley's campus, and is about a 10 minute walk from Bart. It's clean and has fast wifi, a kitchen you can of course use, and plenty of storage space (downstairs, just ask me about it if you need it!). I look forward to meeting you!
My apartment is in an old but beautiful Florentine building. Not only is Berkeley's exploration-worthy campus less than a block away, but you can see the Bay, the Golden Gate, and San Francisco from our roof.
It's a studio so the whole place is yours (feel free to put stuff in the fridge, etc). We also have storage space in the basement for any larger items. One thing people sometimes are confused about is the "shared room status," all that means is that my roommate will be occupying one of the three beds seen in the photos. His name is Zane and he's the bomb!
I'd be happy to recommend places to eat and stuff to do nearby; there's lots to do in Berkeley!
Parking can be kind of tricky in Berkeley (they have these little three wheeled ticketing vehicles which are a nightmare). If you're bringing your car for more than a few days I recommend getting a street parking pass from the civic center!
Just bear in mind that you're in someone else's home and everything will be fine! I'm flexible and willing to help with whatever so long as you're respectful :).
I'm a third year Physics and Math major at UC Berkeley. When I'm not doing school I can usually be found running, hiking, playing racquetball, or hanging out with friends. I'm new to hosting on Airbnb but so far have had nothing but great experiences!
