The resort features a nice deck or patio. Take a spin on our lazy river or enjoy the beautiful outdoor pools or spa. A
children's play area is conveniently located. The resort has limited parking therefore they cannot accommodate RV's or trailer parking.
Worldmark units are the nicest of any resort or hotel in town. There are many different types of units and dates available. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized.
Enjoy Indio and all the surrounding area has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo. Even though daily housekeeping and room service are not available, a full kitchen with basic necessities is. Linens and towels are provided. Check-in is 4 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Check out is 10 A.M.
Rooms are assigned at check-in, with no substitutions from your original reservation allowed. All bookings are done through the owner, not the resort. The front desk staff cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early. They also cannot change the name of the guest checking in.
Wyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process.
Occupancy is strictly enforced at the resort and Wyndham counts all persons regardless of age as a guest, including infants. If you plan to have guests visit you during your stay, be sure to ask the front desk if that is allowed.
It is suggested that you obtain travel insurance through a reputable agency. I will not be liable for circumstances that are beyond my control such as natural disasters, weather conditions or illnesses.
