《房屋守则》

1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

2. On checkout please drop keys at the concierge.

3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out times are:

Check-in time:
Monday to Friday -1500hrs – 2030hrs
Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:
Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.
Early weekend check in- £20 per hour
Late weekend check in- £50 for check in between 1730hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekend check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charges applied.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

The place is in a good modern building and the rooms are hi tech and controlled by touch screen. Had a few problems on check in as the address provided was not correct for which they made up by paying the cab the extra fare on account of time wasted. The location is on the main road, but the station is far-- 15-20 min + walk.There is a bus stop in 2 mins walking distance. There are 2 super markets at a stones throw distance which is very helpful for daily essentials. Overall the place is good, but location closer to the tube would have been better.

Third time I am staying with them and it was as good as I expected it to be. For me it's the perfect home away from home, very easy to check in and communicate, very well equipped apartment. Just perfect!!!!

THIS IS A SERVICED APARTMENT COMPANY - NOT A PROPER AIRBNB The host (Nathan) responded to my first email and I never heard from him again. From then on I was contacted by many different individuals all using the same email address. On the day we were due to arrive, we were moved (supposedly 'upgraded') to a different apartment in a different building - our first indication that this was not a typical airbnb. Other reviewers seem to accept this as normal, but when you have spent time working out your travel routes, and are arriving in the late evening, this is not what you want. Though arriving at 9pm, we were then told we couldn't check in till 10.30pm as their 'team member' wouldn't be available as other people were checking in. When we tried to rectify this we found, unbelievably, that our phone calls were answered by a call centre. Not exactly the airbnb personal touch, and they were extremely unsympathetic. Then we were moved again! Eventually, they agreed to leave a key with the concierge. After the concierge let us into the building, we were given one key (there are two of us) and no fob for the main building. On asking for an additional key and fobs we had a text exchange. The next day we returned to the apartment to find the door unlocked and a team-member in our sitting room leaving the key and two fobs. A shock as we weren't told she was coming, and had no idea who she was. She certainly wasn't Nathan. And we haven't mentioned the apartment yet! In the apartment, the Welcome Pack consisted of a saucer, with two teabags, sachets of sugar and capsules of milk. The documentation was a masterpiece in How not to Welcome Somebody. The very first item told you when to get out (10am), and the fine you would face if you didn't. The room itself had a hole in the floor in the kitchen which I fell into. This is right next to the oven. The bathroom had a broken tile with sharp edges. (I have photos.) The welcome pack said the room was air-conditioned. It was not, which is why there was a big fan provided, and all the windows were open. This was in Canary Wharf, on the first hot Friday night of the year. The noise from the DLR, the building sites around there, and the fan, and the fact that there were no curtains, only blinds, meant that we got very little sleep. The room had the smallest sofa and armchair I have ever seen, and the other furniture was incredibly low quality. I only presume that having being upgraded when moved the first time, we had been downgraded with the second move. I am aware that it states that this is a serviced office company as I returned to look into Nathan's profile, however I booked it based on the good reviews, of which there are many....

A good flat in a nice and quiet location that is very convenient for access to Canary Wharf and the Docklands.

The apartment was great... Mobile phone reception bad needed a good wifi in the building. Everything was perfect great place but needs Internet upgrade
