You can't get much better... a spacious sanctuary only 4 minutes from Bondi Beach, 1 minute from a top fresh produce store, 2 minutes from yoga studios, a 10-minute walk from the weekly farmers market, and set amongst funky cafes and wine bars.
We love our apartment with its pressed steel ceilings and art deco finishes. It's light and breezy, has great charm and, while it's located in the heart of trendy Bondi Beach with it's holiday maker vibe and nightlife, it feels like it's a world away. We're down at the beach most days enjoying the surf, sun and coastal walk along the cliffs to Bronte.
You will have full use of the main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge as well as our half of the balcony. We will store our personal belongings in the other room so this will be locked up.
• Fully furnished
• Built-in wardrobe
• Internal laundry
• Top floor
• Leafy outlook from all windows and share balcony
• Secure building.
Feel free to read our books when in the apartment, use our yoga mats and generally make yourselves at home.
We will greet you, run through the quirks of the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
There is no microwave or dishwasher in the kitchen. There is also no dining table inside but you are welcome to eat al fresco on the balcony if you prefer this to a relaxed eat-on-your-lap vibe, or eating Japanese-style using the coffee table.
The cleaning fee does not include cleaning during your stay.
There are renovations going on in our building at the moment but these should be finished before you arrive.
We would ideally like a booking for the entire month which is why we have discounted it so generously (25%). Preference will be given to bookings for the full duration but we will consider shorter term if need be.
This isn't a party building so would suit a person or couple looking for some R&R. Please be mindful of our neighbours.
Strictly non-smoking environment. No pets. No parties.
I'm a fun-loving, clean-living, beach-going South African living in one of the most beautiful parts of Sydney. I've been in the country for over 20 years and lived in Bondi Beach for most of it. I love the area's diversity and community spirit, and have a feeling you will come to cherish it as much as I do. Personal interests include yoga, meditation, singing, dancing, painting, glass blowing, sailing and the art of conversation.
