The flat, from 1850, in bricks, is in the heart of Toulouse city centre, rue de la République. It is a 2 rooms apartment, with 1 bedroom with a view on the garden and with a double bed, a living room and US kitchen, and a convertible sofa in the living room. It can host up to 6 persons. It has a bathroom, with a bath-tube, and an independent toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The whole flat has been renovated less than a year ago!
It's a typical Toulousan house, with bricks and with half rond windows. It is located on the first floor, over a clothing shop. Last but not least, it has its own private garden where you can relax and have meals.
It is located right in the city centre and opposite a bakery. You can find many restaurants on Place St Cyprien and on Place Olivier, but also a small supermarket that opens until late in the evening and on Sundays.
You can access my flat:
- from the train station, with the metro, line A, stop St Cyprien, or by walking about 20 min.
- from the airport, with the bus 66, until the last stop. It takes about 30 min.
You can walk everywhere in the city-centre, especially to Place du Capitole (15 min), Les Abattoirs (10 min), St Sernin (20 min), le musée des Augustins (15 min).
I lend a map of Toulouse, a tourist guide of the city, and a guide of Toulouse restaurants (in French) to all travelers coming in my flat, for the duration of their stay.
I'm working in the aeronautic industry, in Toulouse.
I love travelling around the world and I had the opportunity of visiting more than 30 countries, and studying/working in France, the US, Nepal, Chile and India.
I'm quite active, and I do a lot of sport (tennis, squash, skiing, hiking, sailing, running...).
