Great Location! Newly renovated, fully appointed suite. Antique furniture. Fabulous kitchen! Near downtown Fredericksburg across from Old Mill Park, the Rappahannock River and the Heritage Biking Trail. Beautifully landscaped organic herb garden.
This recently renovated home was originally built in the early 1900's. It's ideally located on the Heritage Trail, a 3.1 mile paved loop that connects the two parts of the Canal Path making for a scenic bike ride, jog or walk. Great for people-watching while sitting on the front porch!
The space is the entire downstairs with a private entrance, and front porch facing Caroline Street. The unit is fully self-contained with a full kitchen, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, 4 chair dining table, and bar.
There is also a thriving organic herb garden, so garden enthusiasts are welcome!
You have access to the ground floor suite (with 2 private entrances), front porch, huge deck, garden, and the BBQ grill :-)
