Located in the 10th and extremely well connected, the apartment is in a beautiful, classic Parisian building. It's filled with light, has a balcony, a gorgeous view on the Sacré Coeur, an adorable room mate, and a large room. 100% awesomeness.
My room is available while I am traveling. It's 100% independent from my room mate's room, and all common areas are available to you as well.
The place is absolute comfort. As the ceiling is very high, we have great volumes, great light, and a gorgeous view on the Sacré Coeur. Very close to Gare du Nord, it's very central, and extremely well connected. The street is very safe and has a lot of activity going on.
We have excellent window isolation, so the apartment is very calm. The rooms are large and independent. The available room is very big (15 sqm) and the living room is about 20 sqm. The kitchen is separate, the bathroom has a bath tube (from which you can view the Sacré Coeur and brag about that bath you took while drinking champagne and watching an awesome Parisian landmark), and the toilets have a cozy red light. On top of the pictures, I also made a short video (available on demand).
This is our main residence : it's fully equipped (no microwave though). It's ideal for a person looking for a temporary residence, a travelling couple, or an individual looking for a calm environment and/or willing to explore the city.

We want you to feel home while you stay, but we expect you to leave the apartment as you found it when you take off.
Politeness and tolerance are a must. You will share the apartment with my room mate. My room is 100% your space while you stay, but other common areas are, as the name implies, common to you and him :)
Also note that a cleaning lady comes every Monday.
If I had to refer to something else to describe myself, I would say: Hakuna Matata.
Timon and Pumba understood that to live happy, you need to be surrounded with good people, and always ready to enjoy the moment. I am very cheerful, I smile a lot, and I enjoy intense conversations, the kind of talks that challenge pre-conceptions, arise debate, highlight differences, and create solid bonds.
I was born in the Czech Republic from a Chilean family with Italian origins. I spent most of my childhood in Chile, but I've been living in France since age 11, i.e. I grew up to be a mix between French and Chilean, of which I am very proud.
