Did you know that Maine has 3500 miles of tidal coastline? That is because of all of the bays, coves, peninsulas and islands…Maine is magic!
Thank you for observing the following:
SHOES OFF inside the house. Leave shoes just inside any door to the house or yoga centre.
LUGGAGE: Please do not drag wheeled suitcases over the floors as they leave marks that are almost impossible to clean.
FOOD: We thank you for observing our vegetarian lifestyle as long as you are with us.
PARKING: Please park your car on the right-hand side of the driveway. Park parallel to the garage, so as to make room for the yoga students.
Hello! I am originally from New York City but for most of my life have lived and traveled in many places abroad, including many trips to India to study yoga. I love to host independent, unfussy people from all over the world who come here to detox in the healthy coastal surroundings, explore our pristine shoreline and mingle with our laid back community.
