The house is absolutely perfect for "Hen Parties" (Champagne flutes provided), families, groups of friends etc. It was used by a stag party once and sadly they trashed the house, the police had to be called, they stole the tv, broke things etc so only Stag/Hen parties that don't want to cause damage and excessive noise please ;). Which I'm glad to say is just about everyone so far as you can tell by the reviews.
Bookings are generally made on a per person per night basis above 6 people. If you would like more people to stay please let me know so that we can amend the booking, invoice and provide bedding/towels etc accordingly.
As with anywhere people go to stay I would expect the house to be left more or less how it was found - which will always be very clean and tidy - You can rest assured that everything will be fresh and spotless upon arrival.
It is a no smoking house - don't worry if you are a smoker as there's a back garden with seating.
There is a Sonos sound system in the house which is to be kept inside the house. Whilst the property is in a secluded location there are neighbours reasonably close by so if making noise that can be heard outside they have requested the noise be reduced by 11pm - which is pretty much standard in any city and which thankfully guests do 99% of the time.
If using the dishwasher - use the economy setting - for some reason the other settings take about 5 hours and you may want to use the cups and plates etc again within that time :)
Please don't stick things to the walls with blue tack/ Selotape etc ... peels the paint off and I have to get the walls repainted which isn't cheap, I'll have to claim that back from your deposit and I have never not returned a full deposit as guests are always fantastic (apart from that stag party).
All in all I just hope people who stay have consideration for the house, the area and have an absolutely great time in the property and in beautiful Bath.
Thanks for looking at my property in Bath which is available for short term rentals - I am sure that you will really love the place during your stay in this beautiful city.
I am a very friendly, honest and genuine person - I will be happy to meet you when you arrive at he property to show you around the house and hand over a couple of sets of keys. Having lived in Bath for most of my life I love the city and can help you with any recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars, museums, places of interest or any other queries that you may have about Bath. Most people who come here are visiting friends, on a working holiday, attending weddings or simply having a break from their usual routine in what is simply a stunning city.
The home has recently been refurbished in a contemporary/modern minimal style to a very good specification. There is full Virgin cable TV with HD installed, a 55 inch TV, Sonos stereo and high speed broadband. The large kitchen is also brand new with fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and also an electric oven with gas hob - along with a huge dining table that seats 10 - as a general rule people love the kitchen.
The house itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac and there is off street parking available - with no requirement for permits on the street either.
I am looking forward to welcoming you to what I think is one of the best cities in the world, Bath. So if you are looking for an entire house to rent please get in touch.
Have a great day and enjoy your visit to Bath.
