This elegant flat is situated in a historical building cited by the Italian Touring Club. It's centrally located in an area rich of Roman ruins and close to Porta Maggiore and San Giovanni. Furnished luxuriously, with attention to every detail!
The apartment is furnished in a luxurious way with antiques, with attention to every little detail and it's comfortable, sunny and particularly relaxing; it has all comforts you need for the perfect stay in Rome.

All windows are double-glazed, thus providing optimal thermal insulation as well as a rare opportunity for quiet in a big, busy city such as Rome.
Two bedrooms, fits up to six people comfortably: the first with one double bed, the second with three single beds. One futon bed can be placed in the living room if necessary.
Two bathrooms (one with toilet, shower, bidet, washing machine, the other with toilet, shower), living room/dining area with seating for five or six people, radio, TV, open kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator).
While it doesn't have a private terrace, there is a little roof garden which is shared by five apartments, with entrance from the courtyard (spiral staircase of fifteen steps). The garden presents a beautiful view on the ancient Roman aqueduct; it may be rented separately for exclusive use.
I live in the building, so either I or another person of the staff will always be available for any problems, questions or help you might need.
Children 3 years old or younger do not pay.
No smoking, no pets.
Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
You must let us know your (expected) arrival time so that we can arrange for your check-in.
You can leave your luggage with us if you arrive before 4 p.m. and have previously discussed this with us.
Check-ins between 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. are subject to a €50 fee.
On weekdays, it is not possible to check-in after 9:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Sunday and festive days, it is not possible to check-in after 8:30 p.m.
Before checking out you must:
- leave all the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils clean, as well as the gas stove;
- throw away all the trash.
