The Lookout is a beautifully presented 5 star holiday apartment set over 2 floors within walking distance of Crieff town centre. A converted church, full of charm and bespoke features with a Gothic twist using natural stone walls and huge arched windows. The whole apartment is finished with solid oak flooring and wood & chrome detailing.
On the lower level there is a large entrance hall containing a deep, walk-in storage cupboard perfect for sports equipment & extra baggage. The master bedroom, with signature stone wall and arched window, houses a king sized bed and leads to an en suite shower room. The second bedroom also has an arched window and two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
The family bathroom has a feature window set against the natural stone wall, a free-standing bath tub with designer chrome fittings & shower and fantastic views.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob & a double electric oven and has a dining area with seating for 4. There is also a separate breakfast bar looking out through a south facing, panoramic window to the surrounding countryside.
A pine and chrome spiral staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment where a spacious lounge leads, through French double doors, onto the south facing decked balcony and dining area with stunning views. The lounge has exposed wooden ceiling beams and a Velux skylight window. It is furnished with two double sofas, coffee tables, a large TV with freeview, DVD & CD players and iPod dock. There is WiFi and gas central heating throughout the apartment.
The communal entrance has secure entry system and a carpeted staircase leading to the apartment (39 stairs). Secure parking is available in the basement, (accessed to the rear of the building) along with an area to store bikes.

Guests will have access to everything. The property is for hire exclusively so the guests will be the only people there.
