This apartment is situated on Rue Beaunier, which is on the edge of the 14th arrondissement. The local area is residential, and is home to shops, cafés and restaurants - everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in France's capital. You will be living close enough to the Périphérique, ideal for weekend getaways by car and also the charming Parc Montsouris which is very peaceful.
I would like people to respect the apartment as they would like people to respect their homes.
As we say in French " Range ce que tu Déranges"
If you open it, close it.
If you turn it on, turn it off.
If you unlock it, lock it up.
If you break it, admit it.
If you can't fix it, call someone who can.
If you borrow it, return it.
If you value it, take care of it.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
If you move it, put it back.
If it belongs to someone else, get permission to use it.
If you don't know how to operate it, leave it alone.
