I'm so saddened to hear all these bad experiences especially as our guests are mostly very happy!
The microwave mold shocked me as well, I thought it was your leftover to be honest, but there really is no excuse for that!
What I don't understand is why you could not have come forward with all the complaints either to my mother one floor down or to myself one floor up since you couldn't reach me. Had you told us, we would have cleaned everything PRONTO.
It's easiest to leave a bad review and I support it totally if it's justified but you never gave us a chance to improve the experience and the faults.
As for the music we really tried toning it down but the accustics is very loud in the house. I've written you a message informing you I'll be having some guests over and to please tell me if you can hear it and if it is too loud but you never replied at all. We actually wanted to invite you over to hang out with us but with no response I thought you were fast asleep.
I've worked many years in tourism and I know that if any complaints happen its best to solve them locally and everyone benefits from a better experience that way. Now you've lowered our rating dangerously low and after 6 years of hard work with Airbnb I'm at a brink of my listing being turned of as a penalty because of your low rating...and we do live from this income.
Maybe this little advise will help you keep in mind the next time you are somewhere unsatisfied and try to communicate with your host openly and face to face.
As for the bee sting, I'm terribly sorry but I can't move a hospital closer to my house? Maybe next time try to bring some soothing creams with you if you book an accommodation that is located in a village and surrounded with nature especially in spring time, after all the room photos shows you that the terrace is right next to the garden, as well one of the reasons why it's so dusty. I clean the room very thoroughly but the dirt from the garden fights me.
Overall I'm really saddened that you had a bad experience especially as I've seen you and chatted with you on multiple occasions, you really could have said a word or two and all would have been solved in the next hour.
