Hosts are friendly and quiet you will probably rarely run into them. Dog is nice mostly hangs out in stairwell. There are 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 main level) so might see other airbnb quests. Neighborhood is near Ohio St. U so many college kids in area and various bars/restaurants not far away. House was quiet during stay and so was neighborhood (I was there in summer with school out of session). Airport is 8 miles east so get some noise from airplanes departing/arriving at airport most noticeable to me late night/early morning. My room (upstairs facing front of home) was nice size with ample closet space. Got a twin bed which is small I'd say a full size or larger should be provided. Parking wasn't an issue in front of house on street (school was not in session not sure how it would be otherwise). A window AC unit is used to cool room. Ceiling fan was nice. With potentially many people in home, fridge space can get cramped. Bathroom has washer/dryer, toilet, and shower all in one space; I rarely had issues but potential for it to be occupied (especially if you need to use restroom) depending on how many people are in house.
Amenities were a bit worn but clean and a great deal for the price. The neighborhood has regular foot traffic from students but nothing too noisy and street parking was readily available. Eddie responded promptly and made it a very convenient stay. Ignore the initial barking, the dog will become your friend ASAP.
