Please treat my home as you would your own!
1.Smoking is NOT allowed.
2.The unit is privately owned; the Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of Renters. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
3.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
4.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
5.Pets are NOT allowed. I am allergic to them, sadly :(
6.Parking - Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the garage and/or the driveway space in front of the garage. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
7.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please do not take towels or linens from the townhome.
8.Hot Tub: No children under the age of 16 permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the hot tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
9.Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
10. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep; especially Rabbit Ears Pass entering Steamboat Springs. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road and/or weather conditions.
I'm originally from the Philadelphia area, where my family and my sister and nieces and nephew still live. My sister and I taught my dad how to snowboard about 10 years ago, and he's been hooked on it just like us ever since! When he started snowboarding we got my mom back on skis, and started a new family tradition of going on ski trips out west every year. The year we visited Steamboat we all just fell in love with it and I decided it would be where I'd buy my very own mountain home. It took me a little while to save up my money and find the right place, but once I found this town home, I knew it was the one for me. I've had it for about four years now and my family loves to meet there (I live in Oregon, the other side of the country from them). While I'm not there I hope other people will enjoy it as much as I do!
