Can sleep up to seven with private access to an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine. In order to respect the neighbours there is absolutely no noise to be made on the terrace including conversation after 11pm.
All the attractions of Malaga are a short walk away local fruit and veg markets, museums, bars, shops and restaurants and of course the beach.
The rooms are simple but large and clean.. Bed linen and towels are included. We have a full fitted kitchen which is available for your use.
There is a large kitchen/dining area with a comfy sofa bed. This can easily be converted to a sofa bed if required. There is a wide screen tv with cable TV.
All the rooms are quite as they are away from the main street with little noise.
The apartment has a large private roof terrace which is great to sunbathe or enjoy a chilled glass of vino.
There is a newly added gazabo and lots of chairs.
There is 3 sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
There is fast wifi throughout the apartment including the terrace so you can surf and sunbathe!

The neighbourhood is beautiful, there are lots of really cool local Spanish bars and coffee shops where you can enjoy a cafe con leche in the morning amongst the locals or in 2 minutes you are in Plaza La Merced, which has something for everyone, both options ensure a good start to the day!
Malaga is a great City; 30 minutes from the airport with regular public transport links it's perfect for a weekend visit if you only have a few days.
For those wanting to explore a little further, Malaga is a great city for cycling. I have also connected up with a few local tour operators and can arrange mountain bike excursions into the close by national park and hiking trips, there is some incredible scenery to be seen and biking is a great way to see the city
Please note that the apartment is residential and there should be no noise after 11pm.
If you intend on partying this is not the apartment for you.
Collection from the airport can be organised for up to 4 people at a fixed charge of 30 euro. Cheaper than a taxi!

Day trips can also be organised to Marbella, Ronda and Nerja.

I do not meet guests at the apartment. The keys are available from a coded Keybox outside the door. This allows clients to check in at their convenience 24 hours a day.

There is no elevator. The apartment is on the 2rd floor with the roof terrace on the 3th.
No access to the upper level of the terrace please.
The hot water heater has a capacity of 100 litres. Should it be all used in one go ( Long Shower) it will take an hour or so to reheat.
I use the apartment when it is not rented so i keep some items in the kitchen press to the left of the cooker.
The bins on Calle Victoria outside the fruit and veg shop. Right onto Calle Victoria
Keys can be left in the apartment when you leave but please ensure they are not left in the door.
