I will be there to meet and greet you, hand over the keys and show you the workings of the place.
After that I leave you alone unless I hear from you.
I'm self employed and flexible so will try my best to accommodate late bookings and last minute requests.
I try to as flexible as possible with check in/ check out times. If you are planning on arriving or leaving at an unusual hour then please check that this is ok BEFORE booking.
Please send a text/SMS when you have landed or reached the UK and if you are going to be late PLEASE let me know !
When you book please tell me how many people will be staying in the apartment.
Due to noise issues affecting my neighbours, I no longer accept booking from people with babies or children under the age of 8 years.
I would expect my guests to treat my home with care and respect while having a good time and enjoying it.
While there is not a "no shoes" policy, please be aware that most of the apartment has wooden floors so its better for my neighbours if you walk around inside without shoes on.
Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum after 23.00 and before 7.30.
Please be considerate about the hours if you stay up late ( talking or otherwise ! ) and be considerate about when you use the TV, radio or piano.
No smoking inside the flat.
Please do not store any buggies, bikes or wheelchairs in the communal hallway as this is a fire hazard - please store in the apartment.
Please supervise children at all times to prevent damage or accidents. Letting them run up and down the apartment disturbs my neighbours.
No food or drink in the bedrooms.
Please double lock ( bottom lock) both the apartment door and the outer communal door every time you leave the property.
Please do not collect up any mail from the communal hallway - this gets picked up on a daily basis.
Please leave the apartment as you find it - put things back where you found them.
Please wash the pots and pans used and put all used towels in the bath.
I'm a self employed Costume Maker and work in a studio nearby where I live.
I'm originally from Manchester but moved to London 25 years ago. I travelled around America in my early twenties and came to settle back in London when I returned.
I love London because to me its a World Village ! Its a safe and interesting place to live and I feel proud that so many cultures can live here in relative peace and harmony.
I'm hoping that signing up to Airbnb can help me travel to places I still long to visit and look forward to the adventures ahead.
I would only be a phone call away and would be living locally should any guest staying in my flat need any help or advice.
I have compiled an extensive folder on where to go, eat, how to travel etc when staying in London.
