A charming, period cottage in the seaside village of Bosham. This cosy thatched cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably and is in a perfect, beautiful location for a peaceful weekend away.
This thatched flint semi-detached cottage is beautifully decorated in a traditional way with a contemporary style with a wood burning fire in the sitting room, separate dining room and kitchen.
The sitting room is complete with low ceilinged beams, two comfortable sofas and an arm chair. There is a stable door which opens onto the drive and view of fields. The wood burner means that you can get warm and cosy on a rainy day.
The kitchen overlooks the lovely cottage garden and has all the essentials. The gorgeous dining room has a white washed pine floor and oak live edge table.
The beautiful cedar panelled bathroom has a walk in rain shower, roll top bath and underfloor heating. The wood- surround sink overlooks the pretty garden.
A ten minute walk from the water, the cottage is ideally located.
Guests will have access to the whole house. Garden and off street parking.
We are happy to recommend any local attractions, book places to visit or leave you in peace to relax.
Two night minimum stay.
Three night minimum stay for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
Please note: I have very low beamed ceilings and doorways (and a steep staircase) which I think add to the charm of the Elizabethan property but not so good if you are over 6 foot tall! I also live there with my very clean spaniel Humphrey when I don't have guests!
We expect our guests to show respect to the cottage because it is a well-loved home. Smoking is not permitted inside and I'm afraid I don't allow pets.
