Walt's Paradise! Water views dominate this high ceiling modern home. Heated pool with a new screen enclosure highlight the waterview. Landscaping between houses, and distance across the canal make pool very private with out blocking you in. Wave to boaters gliding by on their way to local beaches. Travertine decking around the south facing pool is sunny in winter, and umbrellas give you shade on long summer days. Two marinas with waterfront dining, promenades and local shops are a short drive.

3 bedrooms, and fold out couch in office provide 4 beds. A pool bath makes enjoying the pool area easy to keep the home cool. Huge sliders give a great view of the pool, and allow you to keep an eye on the kiddos from the entertaining part of the home. Kitchen is spacious with all things needed for cooking and entertaining. BBQ is new in Dec 2022 and a large table for outside dining shaded in summer, but sunny and warm in winter. The home is in a neighborhood, so please enjoy respectfully of the neighbors.

Whole home and property. There is a small locked closet for cleaning supplies. Fishing gear, kayaks, bikes and more are all there for guests to use.

Kayaks and propane BBQ are on property, please use responsibly. Notify host ASAP of any problems as can usually be fixed under 24 hours. Fencing for the pool is on site and can be installed at guest's request.
