This mansion, now renovated into condominium units, was built in 1905 and is now listed as one of the Historical homes in beautiful Brown’s Addition. Our cozy condo is located just around the corner from amazing eateries, beautiful parks and minutes to downtown. Easy access to freeway, public transit stops close by or grab a curbside Uber or Lyft pickup.

The space is a mix of modern and an eclectic boho vibe. We love how cozy the space feels and hope our guest will too. Whether it’s for a short stay or an extended stay, we want everyone to feel at home!

This unit is best suited for 2-3 adults or a small family, as the unit is less than 700sf. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, sitting area and work space. There is a full size futon in the living room but doesn’t fit well for someone on the taller side.

Shared laundry facilities are available to our guests and are located on the bottom level of the building. There is a laundromat just a few blocks away that offer drop off and pick up service as well.

The building is equipped with a multi unit fire alarm, for extra precautionary we’ve also added an additional fire alarm in the bedroom along with a carbon monoxide detector in the main living room.
