Cozy and cute Midtown house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly located between the Cooper Young and Overton Square entertainment districts. Fenced yard and deck, completely renovated interior, and off street parking.
Two bedroom, two bathroom house, with a living room, dining room, laundry closet, and kitchen. There is a driveway which can accommodate two cars, with one covered parking space. The back yard is fenced, with a wood deck.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, with the bathroom (tub and shower) in the hallway. The living room has a sofa and a sofa bed (for two people). There are also three twin (single) air mattresses available if needed. Although I have listed this house as accommodating up to 10 guests, the house would be very full with 10 adults. Children and young adults would be more comfortable on the sofa bed and air mattresses.
Guests will have private access to the entire house, driveway, and fenced back yard.
I leave a key in a lockbox for guests, so they can let themselves in whenever they arrive. I am available anytime and live very nearby, but I find that most guests are fairly content to be on their own.
A note about pricing: I am currently letting Airbnb adjust the nightly pricing, since I believe that they set the prices in a very fair way. You will notice that the price is different for each day, which can seem confusing. The best way to get an idea of the total price for a potential stay is to enter all of your information on the search form, and the site will display the total price and breakdown. The total may be slightly different than what you would get by multiplying the listed base price by the number of nights yourself.
Guests are welcome to smoke outside, either on the front porch or on the back deck. Since this is a residential neighborhood, I ask that guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet outside after 10:00 PM.
