RULES THAT YOU AGREE TO BEFORE BOOKING:
DO NOT WEAR SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE. Please be understanding, in order to keep cleaning fees low we have to keep the carpets free of dirt and stuff brought from the outdoors on the shoes soils...or food or stains on the bedrooms carpets...-- . YOU DO YOUR DISHES, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and please PUT DISHES AWAY- There is a big garbage can outside under the stairs for you to dispose trash after you fill out the kitchen container. Find a way to discard boxes or packages if you have been doing lots of shopping, ask the store employees if they recycle, do not pile them up in the house or around the trash can if they do not fit in the recipient. If the cleaning lady has to expend extra time taking care of the above mentioned, you will be charged. NO pets aloud. VERY IMPORTANT! I respect my neighbors and try to do not make noise after 10 pm. So please no loud conversations or music after that time. NO SMOKING, No alcohol in excess or drugs of any type. Feel free to call me if you have any questions. The place is not suitable for children under 12 years old but you can contact me and I might be able to make an exception depending on the circumstances. AND PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP IS FAMILIAR WITH THIS HOUSE RULES.
I am 65 years old, retired, and like to meet people from different walks of life. Is always so interesting to listen to experiences and stories of life, and travels and adventures. I also speak Spanish and can manage in Italian as well.
I like to cook in my time off and most of all I love to travel.
I like warm climates and being close to the ocean. Living in Alaska is wonderful, beautiful in summer, a little too long and dark in winter, but there is a lot of activities one can do, and places to go eat and have a good time. When I travel I like to get to know the locals and their way of life, try their cuisine and their wine, if possible. I am not a shopper, prefer to see architecture and art, landscapes and whatever the place has to offer. I consider myself a well mannered, polite and respectful person.
My life motto is "don't you ever give up" If you think you can do it or if you think you can not do it, you are always right.
