Located in a serene environment, just steps away from the forest, this standalone and cozy unit situated in a large chalet will enchant you with its simplicity and comfort.

Accessible only by car, it is strategically placed in La Frasse and it is surrounded by mountain biking trails and hiking paths. Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants in the center of Les Paccots and in Châtel-Saint-Denis (for the more adventurous, a 30-minute walk!)

The apartment consists of one living room and one bedroom and is located in a large chalet divided into 3 housing units.

Ideally situated in La Frasse, you'll have access to the Riviera (Vevey, Montreux) within a 15-minute drive and to Fribourg and Lausanne in 30 minutes. The close highway access makes this accommodation perfect for a mountain stay, as well as a supportive point for work-related travel, all while being in a calm and green setting.

The living room, bathed in light during the morning, features a large convertible sofa ideal for reading and direct access to the terrace with a private garden.

The kitchen is open to the dining/living room and is fully fitted with a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room currently has a table for 4 people.

The bedroom is equipped with a 140x200cm bed and a large wall closet, with a space for remote work.
