BTS and FERRY BOAT RIDE:
Best to traveling around Bangkok is BTS and Boat Ferry Ride. The LightHouse is strategically located next to Krung Thon Buri BTS station and a short walking distance to Sathorn (Central Pier).
The BTS Silom Line goes across CBD district and will stop at SALA DAENG (Pat Pont); SIAM (PARAGON and CENTRAL WORLD) and NATIONAL STADIUM (MBK). The Sukhumvit Line goes to busy residential area like CHIT LOM (CENTRAL DEPT STORE); ASOK (TERMINAL 21) and THONG LO (J AVENUE).
The Chao Phraya is a major river in Thailand, with its low alluvial plain forming the centre of the country. It runs through Bangkok, the capital city, and then empties into the Gulf of Thailand.
The Chao Phraya river makes a great way to get around, since many of the major tourist sites are easily accessible from the river. Chao Praya River Express operates a regular boat service up and down the river. Sort of a bus on the water. Fares are extremely cheap - you can get just about anywhere for 11 Baht to 25 Baht (0.36 USD to 0.81 USD) depending on the distance and the type of boat. Even if you aren't staying on the river, if you are staying close to the elevated train system, you can catch a train to the Taksin Bridge station. A River Express pier is on the river right below the station, and there is generally someone on duty at the pier to sell you a ticket and help plan your trip. The boats can be dangerously crowded during peak traffic times, so avoid rush hours.

You might have read or seen from somewhere that Airbnb or similar sites have been comment in newspapers or television, for this "short rental" is supposedly “ilegal” business.
But this is NOT true in Bangkok!
Once you confirmed your booking, my condo manager will send full details of condo manual and give her best assistance to all your needs, but please understand that she is not the hotel staff, they are not concierge staff, so please do not treat them as such, and we kindly ask you to be polite with her.
Apart from that, we just ask you to respect my apartment in the same way as you would respect your own home.
HOUSE CLEANING :
We will provide a house cleaning every time before your check in. I provide up to once a week complementary cleaning service for guests staying over one week. You can request extra cleaning services, should you need it, at the cost of US$ 30/cleaning.
NO SMOKING :
It is STRICTLY no smoking inside the apartment, you may smoke on the balcony but please do not throw the "butt" out of the balcony and do not bring the smoke smell inside the apartment.
SAVE ENERGY :
And if you could turn the air conditioning and lights off each time when you leave the apartment, to help us look after mother earth, that would be great too.
LATE CHECK OUT and EARLY CHECK IN:
We will try our best to accommodate any request for late check out and early check in provided that there is availability and it is requested 24 hours prior to check in day or check out day. Please note that such requests, when accepted by the owner of the property via emails, are subject to extra charges, if needed.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY:
Although very central, the neighborhood is super quiet and best suits chilled out people who respect this vibe. As this is not a hotel, we prefer to rent to people who treat the place very well and respect it as if it was their own home.
The tenant also need to apply proper care to the furniture and equipments. Any loss or damage of items and to the property will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement.
