Beautiful, custom-made, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (with jacuzzi/whirlpool tub), brick-front home is nestled immediately next to the Greers Ferry Lake, with a 3-5 minutes stroll thru the flora and fauna next to the waterside, and you are at the "pointe", the absolute best location on the lake fit for diving, swimming, snorkeling, and parking your pontoon boat for a moment to see the experience the beauty of nature.
The cozy home is located in a little cul de sac street, quietly removed from the sounds of the world, and immediately located next to swimming, snorkeling, diving, and fishing adventures!
For summer’s last hurrah, it is the perfect place to be! Bring your family, guests and enjoy the amazing view, incredible flora and fauna, diving, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, hiking and small-town Main Street that Heber Springs, Arkansas provides!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, including a jacuzzi bath, washer/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, formal dining room with loaded China cabinet, fully stocked for a chef kitchen accessories, kitchen table and chairs, kitchen island with barstools; the den has a wall-mounted, 55 inch smart screen television, leather loveseat and couch, 2 recliners, bookshelf, and a fireplace with beautiful brickwork front. The custom-crafted woodwork throughout this beautiful house is meticulously designed.
On the lakefront side of the home, there are three, large sliding glass doors. These large glass doors step off onto the large wooden deck. The sliding glass doors, located in the den, the kitchen, and the master bedroom, provide an exceptional panoramic view of Greers Ferry Lake!
It is peacefully, quietly magical to experience the water in your immediate backyard! Several guests have brought kayaks. The kayaks can be easily launched from the backyard into the lake. There is a gentle, lightly trodden footpath leading from the backyard, to the “pointe” which is the most incredible view in the entire world! The “pointe” is a 3-5 minute walk along the water's edge. The “pointe” is the place where diving, snorkeling, swimming, kite flying, and other adventures take place. It is your private access to a public lake!
The beautiful view of Greers Ferry Lake from the den, the kitchen, and the master bedroom, and the deck is breathtaking.
The deck has 3 tables and seats 11 people. Two tables are higher and have lovely bar-stools to sit from while you enjoy your meals, the view, or quiet reading, or whatever your activity. There are many cell phone towers in the area. I always have 3-5 bars of coverage on my phone. I use my cell phone as a hotspot and have great data for my laptop. So this is the perfect working space for your “home office”.
There are 2 large sun-umbrellas on the deck, over the 3 tables, to provide maximum shade and cover! This peaceful quiet oasis will immediately transform your soul as one who is stepping into a tranquil Garden of Eden.
There are 3 very accommodating bedrooms, each one with a ceiling fan, drawers, and ample, lighted closet space. Additional linens, towels, and blankets are located in the linen closet for your convenience.
The Master bedroom has a full bathroom attached, for perfect privacy. It has an awesome lakefront view provided by the sliding glass door, which allows you to walk onto the deck. The master bedroom suite includes a beautifully handcrafted cedar queen-sized, headboard, drawers, and nightstand. It has two large, lighted closets for your bedroom comfort and organization!
There are 2 additional bedrooms with a full-sized mattress, ceiling fans, drawers, and large closet space that will keep everyone comfortable and organized!
The Kitchen is completely loaded with all cooking items, dishes, glassware, silverware, and chef preparation requirements! We have provided a favorite Keurig coffee maker, with coffee, also a toaster, dishwasher, mounted microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. There is a small island to facilitate your leisure cooking, with 2 barstools so your guests can assist! The kitchen has a Smaller table and 4 chairs for intimate meals. There is also a formal dining room which seats 8 in the next room!
The den has a lovely burgundy-brown large leather sofa and love seat, with a large ottoman set. There are 2 recliners, end tables with lamps, and a small bookshelf library. Additionally, the family-area den has a 55 inch, wall-mounted “smart television” which links easily to your laptop or cell phone hotspot. The den has large sliding glass doors and a perfect view of the lake!
Access to the “pointe “ is easy. It is a 5-minute stroll through the beautiful wooded area. Follow the contour of the lakeside, and you will see a spectacular view unfold as you reach this premium panoramic view. This is the breathtaking peaceful experience you have been seeking! Just a small stroll from the house. I like to bring my yoga mat, a cup of coffee, and watch the sun come up, while I have a fishing line in the water.
At the “pointe,” your recreational options are amazingly diverse. This is the access place for swimming, snorkeling, diving from many incredible heights, or walk into the water to just get a bit wet in the fresh, clean, pristine water. The water is so clear you can see the deep into the water. The house is also stocked with snorkeling equipment, kites, and floating devices to facilitate your amazing recreational activities!
The lakehouse is a secluded, quiet oasis. However, when you want to explore the local town and vicinity, there are other wonderful hiking, fishing, and shopping experiences provided by the Heber Springs economy.
The marina is several minute's drive away from the house. A Walmart Supercenter is located 1.2 miles from the house for all your logistical needs, including a fishing license! The downtown Main Street has charming boutique stores, thrift shops, restaurants, a library, and parks! It is a wonderful family vacation experience as well.
