A remodeled newly furnished duplex in a hip Ukrainian Village. Have a whole floor to yourself: bedroom, living room with extra sofa bed + TV, bathroom and 2 private entrances. Another kitchen, living room, bathroom, fireplace & a patio are upstairs.
Hello, dear travelers!
Share this bright, cozy, clean, and modern place with me. It is located on a quiet street in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood, minutes away from the Wicker Park and other hip areas with bars / vintage and coffee shops / boutiques / public transit / the beautiful Humboldt Park, and the Bloomingdale Trail.
You have the whole first floor to yourself and more than welcome to hang upstairs with me. There is a kitchen and a living room with a TV and a fireplace. Feel free to use the patio or the backyard. Your bedroom has a brand new Queen size bed and mattress. You also have a dresser and a closet in your disposition. In the living room, which you can use however you want, there is also a sleeper sectional with another Queen size mattress (still wrapped in plastic) if there are more than 2 guests. If you have a fifth person, one side of the sectional sofa can easily accommodate. I also have an extra air mattress.
You have two separate entrances downstairs, your own bathroom with a full bath tub and a shower. Both TVs upstairs and downstairs have Netflix, yours also has Roku.
In short, you can have all the privacy you want, but I'll gladly check on you to give you some local suggestions and things to do around town.
Feel free to hang out upstairs, share the kitchen, watch tv, or the patio. I also get the fireplace going on the cold days. Keurig, juicer, toaster, blender, and the fridge are also at your disposal. . .
I work 9-5. All other times I am either at home or out and about, which is more likely. Will gladly chat with ya and will be more than happy to share my favorite places to grab a bite and such.
No strict rules, only common sense and courtesy.
Absolutely no smoking inside.
No pets, no parties, don't be loud late.
Just be a good person. That is all.
Young professional is the term, right? Love traveling and meeting new people. Happy to live in such a great city as Chicago. Live and work in the city for many years, and never get tired of rediscovering its music, food, events, and awesome authentic neighborhoods.
Personally, had nothing but a positive experience with AirBnB anywhere I went, in the States or Europe. So decided to share my place with the same wanderlust type of people like myself.
Would gladly suggest you the things to do and places to see, even some cool hidden gems.
Enjoy your travels!
