Here's my bright house for couples in the heart of Rome, 10 min from St Pieter, 2min from subway stop Ottaviano.4th floor with lift, balcony on the courtyard. You've kitchen,WI-Fi,Tv,Cds and stereo music. Bars, markets, restaurants and so on in the area
My house is such a coloured, lived and alive house. I rent it to calm quiet people and couples who want to spend some days relaxing and enjoing the italian capital. It's a beloved house on the 4th floor into an old building. "Prati district" is an old central area of Rome, really quiet but also full of restaurants, markets, bars, bakeries and whatever you need just moving some steps from the house.
The house is 10 minutes by feet from St Pieter Square , 50 mt from the subway stop Ottaviano, and nearby Piazza Risorgimento, a square from where busses, trams are leaving every moment. You can easily reach the most important places in the city center, like Piazza Navona, Pantheon by feet,in almost twenty minutes with a nice walk on the river, or as well take a bus, or whatever to reach places more far. It's really easy reach Ottaviano by the subway, since it's distant just five subway-stoppes (10 minutes) from Termini Station.
There's everything you need close to here, markets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, shops and so on.
Welcome home, you will feel home!
You will have free Wi-fi, equipped kitchen, TV, radio, bathroom with a big nice shower, towels and bed linen, indipendent hot water fitting, and an old balcony.
The house is always free and available to be open to new people and be kindly lived! After confirmation of your reservation I'll send you a file with some informations about the district, a map with a guide whit some places signed to find food and typical cheap places to eat, and so on.
No smoking inside the house, but you have a big balcony with plants where you can do it.
Just I please you to be lovely and respectful of this place and the Earth, not wasting water and energy, taking care a bit of the place where you are, since this is one of the first rules for me and people who come inside here. Then you're always welcome!
